Before going in the village Leuseni, we have heard that its habitants do not receive God’s Word. Despite the words spoken by others we saw a great desire for Christ in the lives of many people from the village. Praised be the Lord!

Walking in a courtyard of a family, a young woman told us that she does not know many things about God because she has no Bible. Once we gave her a Bible, this woman showed a real desire to read it and to walk in God’s way. Two other neighbors, who had their Bibles, expressed their desire to do a bible study by mail, wanting to know Jesus Christ more.

Then, we knock on a gate. Because nobody came we decided to go further. Meanwhile came out the man living there, he saw us leaving and call us back to say him everything we wanted to say. Following our discussion we prayed together and the gentleman, being aware of God’s love, began to cry. When I told that Jesus loves him, his face lit up and filled with joy. Mr. Simeon said that God knew that on that street lived a man who needs Jesus. May God bless this man in His love!

With God's help, we began the ministry in the public schools of our country. We thank God for the opened doors and harts in the previous year. Our prayer is that we could visit this year as many educational institutions as possible. We want that the young people from our country could learn more about the negative influence of the internet and the television, and to be free through God's truth.

In January, we went with this project in the schools from Leova district. God has arranged all the things in His great plan. After a car accident, which Alexandru has suffered, he met the Mayor of Iargara. When the Mayor heard from Alexandru about the project in schools invited him to deliver this project in their locality. The Mayor spoke with the personal from the school administration. After that, they have agreed that we could teach the lesson in the classes from 7th to 12th. God often passes us through difficult situations, but nothing comes out of His control.

God went with us in this district as in the others. We taught the lesson in 2 schools, to about 212 students and 12 teachers. We were glad that at the end of each lesson, both the students and the teachers were very thankful hearing the truths from the teaching. The school teachers agreed with the words that we taught saying that this is the reality in which we live – students more rebellious that neglect the school, students that do not learn, who spent unlimited time on the internet, even during the school hours, students that are dependent on internet and television. Young people who harm their selves and cause the decline of our society.

We cannot be careless! Our desire is to save as many souls from our country as possible. Therefore we move forward with these projects! May God help us!!!

In the village Cioara, on the eve of winter holidays, people are cutting their pig and the priest goes to each house and blesses them. Two of our sisters were walking to each house just behind the priest. When they reached the priest told him that they are going to each house and are giving to everyone a calendar and a brochure about Jesus. Our sisters asked the priest to read the brochure to see that it is the Word of God in it. The priest gave them his blessings and the permission to go forward. Lord worked in this way and the people received the Gospel, because they heard about priest's permission.

The man in the picture is Serghei. After Nelea told him about the love of Jesus, he testified that in the past in the years 1997-1998 he went to church. Now he is not going to the Church anymore. He was sentenced to the prison for 13 years. In the prison was an amnesty. It was announced for another prisoners, not for Serghei. He prayed to the Lord to get him out of there. God in His great goodness answered to the prayer. Serghei was more surprised because this was impossible, so he was released sooner than his term. Now he confessed that he is not going to the church because of the shame for what he did. After his talk with our sisters, he asked for a Bible and decided that he would go to church. May Lord help him.

God helped us this winter. In Stefan Voda district, we have run 9 camps for children, also one in Transnistria and another in Cimislia district. We are glad that God sent to camps 426 beautiful and happy children.

In the village Ermoclia, for a long time, nobody organized a winter camp for children. Therefore in this village, the children were very eager to spent more activities for these holydays. A10 years old girl asked her leader to teach her to pray to Jesus. She understood that Jesus is the greatest king in this world that brings joy and hope.

A boy from the orphanage, named David, was taken in a Christian family in the village Hirtop. David came in the camp. During the program he was very noisy, he took the leaders into laughter. On the last day of the camp, he was very sad thinking that nobody will take him in a family because he behaves badly. The leader told him that Jesus loves him and we also do. At the end of the camp, David was very joyful.

In the village Corotna from Transnistria, in the first day of the camp came only 4 children. In the next day they brought other children. 11 children gathered at the house of prayer. At the end of the camp children decided to come to come to Sunday school every week to know more about God's love.

In the village Volintiri, children had a contest; they proposed to invite as many parents as possible. They were very insistent to invite their parents to the house of prayer, to the feast of Jesus' birth! After the camp, 2 children took the decision to surrender to God. The parents remained deeply tauched by the Gospel message.

In winter holidays, when everyone is full of good will and kind-hearted, we went to share the Gospel in many places in our country. God has blessed us so that we could give to every house a wall calendar as a gift for their family. Almost every person that came out to talk with us were very glad to receive a gift from us. Our desire is that every person will understand that the most precious gift is the Son of God that has been born, crucified and Rosen up for us.

Walking through the village Carpineni, Mariana met a priest and offered him a brochure and a calendar. The priest replied that he will take the gift only if our sister will kiss an icon, also added "Than you will see that the demons will shake you...". Our sister Mariana answered respectfully that she has a living God.

In the village Danceni, Svetlana knocked at a gate and nobody came out. The Spirit of God urged her to enter in the yard to knock on the door. It looked like an abandoned house. Finally came out a drunk young woman about 25 years. After she heard the Gospel told that once she went to church for about 7 years. She denied the Lord. Now she has a 5 years old child with disabilities. The woman asked to pray for her and her child, that Lord will help her. How big is God's love!!!

During the winter holydays, by God's grace we could share the Gospel with people from 6 villages in the south of Moldova. God motivated people to work. We had 20 volunteers from Colibasi, Slobozia, Giurgiulesti and other churches.

God has blessed us so that we could give to the people a wall 2012 calendar as a gift. Almost everyone who came out to talk with us was very happy and enjoyed the gift they received. We pray that they will understand that the most precious gift is Jesus the Son of God.

A few people, in the spirit of religiosity have rejected us without giving us the opportunity to tell them the Good News. We hope that God will melt their hearts of stone and will give them instead some new hearts to receive the Word of God.

Villages were we went with the Gospel are Zirnesti, Cucoara, Paicu, Andrusul de Jos, Andrusul de Sus, Tretesti. Pray for Cucoara and Tretesti, there are no evangelical churches in these are villages. May God send His workers! The harvest is plentiful but few reapers!
